For subcontractors
Join our network of trade pros
Cornerstone is a general contractor in Redlands. We run home remodels and hire licensed subcontractors for the trade work. If you do good work and show up when you say you will, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
What we look for
Every job we run is licensed and insured. So every pro we hire needs to be too.
- An active California contractor license (CSLB) in your trade
- General liability insurance
- Workers' comp, or a CSLB exemption on file if you have no employees
- Clean, careful work in people's homes
- You show up when you say you will, and you answer your phone
