Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Cornerstone Contracting and Construction LLC ("we", "us") collects through buildwithcornerstoneca.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

What you send us. When you ask for an estimate, you give us your name, phone number, and city. You may also give us your email, details about your project, and how you heard about us.

Subcontractor applications. When a trade pro applies, they give us their name, company, contact details, trade, license number, and insurance details.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These help keep the site running and safe.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to follow you around the web.

How we use it

• To reply to you and set up your free estimate
• To plan and run your project if you hire us
• To review subcontractor applications
• To keep records the law requires
• To keep this website working and secure

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. We only share it:

• With the companies that run this site and our email, such as our web host, which receives form submissions for us
• With the licensed subcontractors we hire for your job, and only what they need to do the work, such as your address
• When the law requires it

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it for the reasons above. Project and contract records may need to be kept for several years.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, fix, or delete the information we have about you. Email hello@buildwithcornerstoneca.com. We will do it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Do Not Track

We do not track visitors across other websites, so this site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
